Plain-language summary: By giving us your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you're agreeing that BENI Voice — or an organization using the BENI Voice platform to reach you (like your employer's benefits team or broker) — may call or text you about benefits enrollment, scheduling, and related account activity. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling an agent you'd like to be removed from calls.

1. Program description

BENI Voice ("BENI Voice," "we," "us") provides an AI-assisted voice and SMS platform used by employers, brokers, and third-party administrators ("clients") to communicate with their employees or plan members ("you") about benefits enrollment. This page explains the SMS text messaging and voice calling program associated with benivoice.com and describes how to opt in, what to expect, and how to opt out.

This program is used for informational and transactional purposes related to benefits enrollment — it is not used to send marketing messages unrelated to a program you've engaged with, and it is not used for the sale of your phone number to third parties.

2. Types of communications

Depending on the program you're enrolled in, you may receive:

  • Outbound enrollment calls — an AI voice agent, on behalf of your employer, broker, or plan administrator, calling to walk through benefits options and schedule an enrollment appointment.
  • Appointment confirmations & reminders — SMS or voice messages confirming a scheduled appointment or reminding you of an upcoming one.
  • Follow-up & rescheduling messages — SMS or calls if an appointment needs to be confirmed, moved, or completed.
  • Account and support messages — replies to questions you've asked, or updates related to a call or enrollment session already in progress.

We do not send unrelated third-party advertising through this program.

3. How you opt in

You may become part of this program in one of the following ways:

  • Your employer, broker, or plan administrator provides your phone number as part of a benefits enrollment engagement they are authorized to run, and discloses that BENI Voice will be used to contact you.
  • You provide your phone number directly through a BENI Voice call, text, or web form and confirm you'd like to continue receiving messages or calls about your enrollment.
  • You reply to an initial outreach message with a keyword such as YES or by verbally confirming consent at the start of a call, as described in Section 7.

Consent to receive calls or texts is never a condition of purchasing any product or service, and is separate from your enrollment in a benefits plan itself.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your enrollment activity. During an active enrollment window, you can typically expect 1–4 messages or calls per week; outside of an enrollment window, messaging is limited to appointment-related follow-ups. Frequency may vary based on your specific plan, employer, or enrollment deadlines.

ProgramTypical frequency
Active enrollment outreachUp to 4 messages/calls per week until enrolled or the window closes
Appointment reminders1–2 messages per scheduled appointment
Support & follow-upAs needed, in direct response to your activity

5. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BENI Voice does not charge you directly for text messages sent through this program; your carrier's standard rates apply. Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Opting out & getting help

STOP
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. You can also tell a BENI Voice agent during a call that you'd like to be removed, or contact us using the details in Section 11.
HELP
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@benivoice.com.

To stop receiving voice calls, tell the agent at any point during the call that you'd like to be removed from the calling list, hang up and contact us using the details in Section 11, or ask your employer or plan administrator to update your contact preferences. We process opt-out requests promptly and log the request against your record.

If you opt out of messages related to one program (for example, a specific employer's enrollment campaign), that opt-out applies to that program; it does not automatically apply to unrelated programs run by other BENI Voice clients unless you ask us to apply it more broadly.

7. Voice call consent & recording

Calls placed or received through BENI Voice may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, compliance, and record-keeping purposes. Where required by law, an AI voice agent will disclose at the start of the call that the call may be recorded and will confirm your continued consent before proceeding.

  • If you do not consent to being recorded, you can ask to continue the call without recording where legally permitted, or ask to be contacted through a different channel.
  • Automated or prerecorded voice technology may be used to deliver parts of the call. You have the right to speak with a live representative of your employer, broker, or plan administrator instead — ask the agent or use the contact details in Section 11.
  • Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Two-party and all-party consent states have additional call-recording disclosure requirements. BENI Voice's call flows are designed to confirm recording consent verbally at the start of every call, regardless of state.

8. Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on network coverage, carrier filtering, and device settings outside of BENI Voice's control. If you stop receiving expected messages, check your carrier's spam or blocked-message settings, confirm your number hasn't been reassigned, or contact us using the details in Section 11.

9. Calls and texts sent on behalf of a client

BENI Voice is a platform used by employers, brokers, and plan administrators to run their own enrollment communications. When you receive a call or text through this program, it is generally sent on behalf of that organization, using their own dedicated phone number and their own registered messaging campaign. That organization is responsible for the accuracy of the information it asks BENI Voice to deliver and for maintaining a lawful basis to contact you. BENI Voice is responsible for the platform's compliance controls — consent logging, recording disclosure, opt-out processing, and data security — across every client that uses it.

If you believe you're receiving messages or calls in error, or on behalf of an organization you don't recognize, contact us using the details in Section 11 and we'll investigate.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update this program description as our messaging and calling programs evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms; you can always opt out using the methods described in Section 6.
